IS Horizons LTD?
A. Horizons LTD has been a consumer show exhibitor since 1987, and our sister company started in 1981. We sell the home and garden products at the premier home, flower, and garden shows, and the recreational products at the best-known boat, car, motorcycle, and air shows, direct to the consumer, nationally and internationally. Customers are given our catalog with a purchase to order after a show.
Q. How do I reach the company and what are the hours?
A. Just call us at (800) 969-4583. Telephone hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, eastern time, Monday through Friday. Our toll-free number is also on most of our products and on most pages of our catalog that is given with each purchase.

Do you have a showroom? Is it open to the public?
A. Yes. We are located in Conyers, Georgia. The showroom is open to the public. Call (770) 785-7253 locally and we will give you directions.

I understand you carry leather, boats, golf carts, scooters, and motorcycles, but I don’t see them on the Web site.
A . These items are only sold out of the Conyers, GA showroom and not shipped, so we do not put them on the national website, but you are welcome to come see us!
Q. If I have a problem ordering online, what do I do?
A. The easiest thing to do if you are having difficulty ordering online is to order by phone.
We use Miva Merchant Shopping Cart. Generally this allows for problem free shopping. When we do have a customer who has a problem most of the time the problem is that the customer's computer does not allow cookies. To order with this shopping cart and most other major shopping carts you must have cookies enabled. You can find out how to enable cookies from your help menu on your browser.
Other problems tend to occur when using some browsers other than Netscape or Microsoft browsers. AOL can cause problems for online shopping. If you use AOL and encounter a problem AND you have enabled cookies, we suggest you contact AOL to solve AOL problems.

Coolers and Docklines
Q. May I order a cooler embroidered or screen printed, even if I only need one or a few?
A. You sure can!
Q. Why do you call the coolers “12-pak”, etc.?
A. Most people can’t visualize by quarts, but can picture 12 or 24 cans. So the 12-pak holds 12 cans plus ice, the 24-pak holds 24 cans plus ice, etc. You can click on the picture of any of the coolers and get both the approximate dimensions, and can and ice volume.
Q. What are the most popular cooler sizes?
A. The 12- and 24-pak coolers have always been the biggest sellers. We add additional sizes and specialty coolers when we determine customer interest.

What is the cooler warranty?
A. HORIZONS LTD WARRANTEES THE INSIDE LINER OF THE “2 COOL” COOLER FOR LIFETIME AGAINST MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT (NOT CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL). HORIZONS LTD WARRANTEES THE OUTER SHELL (TOP ZIPPER, STRAPS, OUTER FABRIC, BUCKLES, VELCRO) AGAINST MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT (NOT CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL), FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE SIDE ZIPPERS CANNOT BE REPLACED.
IF NECESSARY TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY, SIMPLY CALL OUR TOLL-FREE NUMBER ON THE TAG ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR COOLER.

Q. Where are the coolers and dock lines manufactured?
A. We are able to offer such unusual warrantees because we are the manufacturer and these products are made in the United States of America.

Why can’t I order dock lines through your Web site?
A. There are 3 different diameters of dock lines available, and the lengths can range from standard to custom. There are also multiple colors. The ¾” lines are hand-spliced at the plant, and the manufacturer has strict guidelines on what they will do. The lines Horizons LTD manufactures, however, can be cut to any length you desire.
We do not make ordering them online available because of all the variables above. However, the guidelines are on the
