The super sharp high carbon steel wavy blade shears at different angles to prevent binding and slipping. The triple notch blade base holds and slices the heavier stuff.  Includes Barnel's patented Self Oiling Center Bolt for maintenance free use.  The 28" overall length provides good range for small to medium size shrubs.
